Housing Co-Operatives
Although Retro Contracting Solutions began with a primary focus being solely on rehabilitating older windows and doors, the picnic basket of services that we offer has since expaned. One of these services has been partnering with housing Co-operatives all over the greater Toronto area. We take pride in the deeply developed relationships that we have established with our housing co-operatives. Whether we are facilitating a full, turn-key renovation in-between tenants, or simply changing a light fixture- there are no lengths we won’t go to asist our property managers. We understand the wide range of complex challenges involved in order to make these co-operatives run smoothly and we are happy to do whatever we can to relieve our property managers of some of those challenges, allowing them to focus on the day to day opertions.
